The space The studio has just been refurbished. It is located in the basement of a wooded residence. The building is secure with an access badge. The studio is 15 m2, and is perfectly equipped. Large storage closet with hangers, sofa bed for 1 or 2 people (160 x 200). Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine. Dining area or work table near the window overlooking the garden. Shower room with sink and toilet. Electric roller shutters and central heating supplemented by an electric radiator if needed.
