The space We have cable TV, fastest wifi the area offers, two electric fireplaces, two coffee bars, two refrigerators and much more! Our home has two master bedrooms. One is on the main level along with two other rooms and two baths and the other master bedroom is upstairs with a large sitting area and TV and shared bath. Guest access you will have access to entire property with the exception of the garage. Laundry room is accessible through door on the side of the house near trash bins. Other things to note Here for a family fun vacation, look no further! This home offers plenty of space to entertain your group, can accommodate multiple families. we do NOT allow parties or additional day guests and we do have quiet hours from 10 pm -8am. we are very easy going as long as everyone is respectful of our neighbors and our home. Max sleeping/total people at home is 14 unless prior approved at the time of booking. We have a few other properties if you are looking for multiple homes or if this home does not fit your needs! Please keep in mind that this is the river and water levels do change for different times of the year/days of week etc. perfect for pontoon boats, jet boats and jet skis. larger water crafts should consider beautiful Lake Mohave which is 10 minutes away if the water levels are lower in the river! Also, river flies are also present at times and can be annoying but do not bite or sting! We have a bug zapper that you can turn on for comfort. We have security cameras on exterior of house and inside the laundry room ( which is completely separate from house) Message me before booking if you would like anymore clarification on anything above.
