A break at Au Vert'gnate

For a weekend, a tourist stay or a professional trip, come and rest in our cosy nest Une Pause Au Vert'gnate! Restored and equipped, close to the A75, it is ideally located to discover the landscapes of our beautiful Auvergne: Issoire (5min), Clermont-Fd ( 35min), Saint-Flour (35min). For business trips, a comfortable office space is available in the room. Do not hesitate, we will be delighted to welcome you. Cleaning products, tea towels, hand towels, sponge, liquid soap, washing-up liquid, washing powder available. Nespresso coffee machine. Other things to note The accommodation includes steps or stairs: 9 steps outside and one inside staircase with a ramp to the bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning fee of 25€ is for the maintenance of the bed linen (bed will be made on your arrival) and towels provided. We thank you for leaving the house in the initial state of cleanliness by having cleaned the bathroom, the sanitary facilities, the kitchen worktop, the table, the ovens, the refrigerator and for having vacuumed and/or mopped. If you prefer to choose the cleaning option, please let us know. The price is 50 € extra. If you do not take this option, but do not respect your commitment, we reserve the right to claim the amount due.
