Contemporary living spaces, a large private garden and stunning mountain and river views. Axat's amenities are a 5 minute walk with a bakery, butchers, café, minimart, farm shop, restaurants, pharmacy, cinema & open air swimming pool (summer months). Just over an hour away are the Mediterranean beaches. The space All rooms are light and airy with three of the four bedrooms having direct access via patio doors to the wrap around garden. The house has been tastefully updated to provide a space that is both calm and relaxing yet being well connected to Axat and all of its amenities. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and gated wraparound riverside garden. Other things to note The house and gardens are secure and private. Accessed through gates directly from Route de Font Romeu - providing plenty of secure parking with easy loading to and from the house. A brick built double BBQ is located by the terrace for guests to use. There are numerous fruit trees and herbs bushes that guests can help themselves to during their stay too.
