CASA ELISA is a charming, remodelled large studio apartment in the middle of the historic centre of Amalfi. There are 30 steps from the main road to the apartment. It sleeps up to four people comfortably (one queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa). Casa Elisa is conveniently located in one of the most famous historical neighbourhoods (Piazza Spirito Santo) and is approximately 70 square metres or (754 square feet). The apartment is in the historic centre of Amalfi, less than 5 minutes walk from the main square of Amalfi, where bus stops, ferries and beaches are located. CASA ELISA is a charmingly furnished apartment with vaulted ceilings. It is located in a historical building reminiscent of the typical buildings on the Amalfi Coast. The owners have elegantly decorated the apartment in white, blue, and emerald green to match the colours of the sea and sky. The flooring is made of beautiful ceramic tiles from Vietri. -CASA ELISA consists of: The living area furnishings consist of a queen-size bed and a pull-out queen-size sofa, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray disc player, a desk and chair, a large window that opens to a small balcony, two built-in wall closets, a dresser with drawers, an air conditioning/heating unit, and Wi-Fi. Kitchen room eat-in style kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, a toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and a six-person dining table. The full bathroom has a small shower (no tub), sink, toilet and bidet. Guest access Full access to the property Other things to note Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory. We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs. If anything breaks, we cannot guarantee to find maintenance on the same day; we will try our best to provide a fix, but again, if we do not find a maintenance service, this cannot be used for a bad review or a refund request. The rental price includes free WIFI, electricity, linens, and towels. FINAL CLEANING FEES Upon arrival, you must pay Euro 150 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes, for all duration of your stay : toilet paper, paper tissue, kitchen towels, extra linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron, detergent for washing machine, extra towels and beach towels TOURIST TAX Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person per night in cash. PROOF OF ID Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents. LUGGAGE DROP Although we always strive to accommodate our client's requests, you booked a self-catering accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated staff or dedicated space for luggage drop before you check-in in the property. We cannot drop anything at the property before the check-in because the cleaning team is busy cleaning and sanitising the property for your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300. A security deposit is a set amount of money that guests pay to cover any damage to the property and other incurred costs (e.g. additional cleaning) during their stay. If there is damage, then a partial or no refund is given, dependent on the extent of the damage. The deposit is refunded to the guest if there isn't any damage. The security deposit will be returned, providing that no damage has been found in the property, either upon checking out if paid in cash or after 7 working days if a credit card has been used for the pre-authorisation. LATE ARRIVAL FEE If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR EXTRAS Please note that for all the required payments for any extra service or extra fee you wish to pay with a credit card, an international fee exchange of 10% will be added, and payment will be taken with the equivalent amount in USD on the day of the payment. CAR PARK Please note that your rented property is located in the historical Centre of Amalfi which is open only to residents for car access. Finding a free car park in Amalfi is impossible, and hourly rates are expensive. Note that the property is within the historic centre of Amalfi, and only residents can drive through; you will need to leave the car outside the historical centre and walk to the property. We have a private garage with 24-hour video surveillance for our customers. Car collection and delivery service are included at € 30.00 per day per car; €35.00 if it is an SUV. We will take care of your car, ensuring its availability whenever you need it by bringing it from the garage to the main square in Amalfi. The same happens on his return. The service is available from 8 AM until 8 PM; the local concierge must be notified about the need for the car for pick-up and return with at least 6 hours' notice.
