Here you are well positioned to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest, Norwich and King’s Lynn. Alternatively take a 10-minute stroll to Shouldham Warren, which offers stunning views across the fens. After, visit the King’s Arms pub. Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble. The space Park Lane is a completely self-contained private studio, newly decorated to a superior standard and elegant style. The high ceilings give an open and airy feel with an abundance of natural light. Built all on one level, the property is accessible to all. The bifold doors give you the option to let the outdoors in, whilst the electrically operated black out blinds provides you with the privacy you require. Free off-road parking is available for up to two vehicles on a driveway directly outside the studio. Lounge/diner: The sitting area is attractively furnished with a smart tv (including Netflix and Amazon Prime), dining table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Situated next to the tv you will find a mini treasure chest, containing details of a host of local attractions and days out for the young and not so young. Kitchenette: The studio boasts a Kitchenette with mini fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Bathroom: The contemporary bathroom has a stand in shower, bespoke washbasin and WC. Bedroom: The bedroom features a Super King sleigh bed, wardrobe (with full length mirror) and hangers, drawer space, bedside lamps and a hairdryer. You also have the option of adding an additional bed by setting up the sofa bed, ideal for that extra guest/little one. For small children a cot and toys are available on request. Outside: to the front of the property is a garden with outdoor seating. Heating/air-conditioning: The property benefits from two wall mounted electric radiators and a heated towel rail/radiator in the bathroom. A portable air-conditioning unit is available in the warmer months. All linen and towels provided along with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guest access A key safe is located on the outside of the property so access is available at all times. Other things to note Paddle Board hire available if required. Please ask if you are interested.
