A garden furniture and a barbecue for your meals. All overlooking a wooded and fenced garden of 2600 m2. The garden also benefits from a children's hut, a swing and a trampoline. Parking allows you to park your vehicles. A video surveillance camera ensures its safety (not directed to the dwelling). A second is directed to an outdoor gate. A marked hiking trail is located on the other side of the road, bordering the property and will allow you to stretch your legs as a family or for the bravest, to perform their morning jogging.
