If the card is not valid, the reservation will not be confirmed and we will notify you at this address. • We do not accept third-party payments. Any credit card associated with a reservation must be under the name of the guest staying at our establishment. If we receive a card under a different name, we will send a payment request to register a card with the correct name. If we do not receive a valid payment method, the reservation will be canceled. • Our reception is open 24 hours. • Breakfast is available from 8:30 to 10:30. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES • Check-in: from 14:00 h. You may arrive earlier and leave your luggage in our storage room for free while you explore the city. • Check-out: until 11:00 h. You must leave the room before this time. If your departure is later, you may still use all common areas free of charge. You can also use our luggage storage. DEPOSIT AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS • At check-in, a 10 € deposit for the key card is required, preferably in cash.
