Charming Champagne house located 7 km from Lac du Der-Chantecoq and Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor: Large equipped kitchen, cozy living room with sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a bedroom for 2 people. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and baby bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, shower room and separate toilet. Large enclosed garden with barbecue and garden furniture, deckchairs, swing, ping pong table. Perfect for a family vacation. The space The house has a maximum of 10 adult beds: 3 double beds and 4 single beds, distributed as follows: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom upstairs: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding 1 baby bed or 1 extra mattress 1 double bedroom upstairs: 1 double bed + 1 baby crib. 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. + 1 sofa bed in the living room. You can easily accommodate 12 adults or 14 people with a minimum of 2 children. We also have a neighboring cottage "La Grue Cendrée", not adjoining but which can be accessed by the porch and offers up to 8 additional beds. Please don't hesitate to contact us for rates.
