The space This chic boutique suites building within Dubrovnik's medieval walls, behind the church of city patron St. Blaise occupies the third floor of a 17th-century stone building. There are four brand new carefully renovated and decorated apartments. The building has undergone a two-year restoration project to burnish its historic character, with full respect for the existing structure and original stone and wood features. Expect a warm homely atmosphere and highly personalised service in a haven of peace and serenity in the city that I and my partner Maro love the most in the world. No matter where you stay in Dubrovnik, you’re likely to feel like you’re living in a fairytale. As with any city that dates back so far in history and holds so much cultural significance, there is magic around every corner. I personally think that the best place to stay is inside the city walls, which can get a bit crowded depending on the time of year, but offers the most convenience. Me and Maro are offering you accomodation in historic property built in the late 17th century in the heart of Dubrovnik - just a step from the famous main street of Stradun, the Church of St. Blaise, Dubrovnik Walls, the Rector’s Palace, and many more places of interest. You’ll find no issue in getting to all the famous tourist attractions, for with this comfy apartment suite, convenience is at your fingertips. Guest access The entire apartment will be only for you, as you can see on the pictures! Other things to note ☆ Guest passports and IDs collected online, pre-stay * Please note, apartment is on 3rd floor, access just with stairs (no elevator). Although the apartment is centrally located, the street is peaceful at night, allowing you to enjoy the Old Town atmosphere without the late-night noise. We are also a fine source of local recommendations, and can arrange anything from restaurant reservations and private guided tours, to one-day sailing trips and excursions to Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina.
