This unique spot offers a local living experience, giving you a quiet and authentic feel of island life while still being just a 10-minute bike ride from the heart of the village. We’ve made exploring easy by offering complimentary bikes for our guests. The Space: This is a ground floor unit with only 3 steps at the entrance. 2 Bedrooms: 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, both rooms with air conditioning for a cool and restful sleep Living Room: Includes a fold-out futon, perfect for an extra guest or a lazy afternoon watching the Smart TV Full Private Bathroom: With hot and cold shower Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals whenever you like Outdoor Highlights: Chairs and outdoor seating just outside your door—perfect for enjoying the sunset views, relaxing with a book, or sipping your morning coffee Large shared sandy beach area with stunning sunset views Small dock with hammocks, perfect for relaxing, reading, or soaking in the cool sea breeze BBQ grill available for outdoor cooking (shared space) Important to note: The waterfront here is great for views and relaxing, but not for swimming. The best swimming spots are nearby, especially at the popular Split, just a short bike ride away. About the Property: Slo-N-Ez Villa is part of a two-unit building, with separate, private apartments upstairs and downstairs. This listing is for the ground floor villa. Perfect For: Families, couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for a quiet island retreat while still being close to shops, restaurants, and all the fun Caye Caulker has to offer. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire ground floor villa, including: Both bedrooms with air conditioning Living room, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen Private front porch with seating to relax and enjoy the view Access to the shared beachfront area with a small dock, hammocks, and BBQ grill The yard and beachfront space are shared only with guests staying in the upstairs unit (if occupied). We also provide complimentary bicycles to explore the island. Other things to note Arrival Time Required: We do not have a physical office at the property, so it’s important that guests share their estimated arrival time in advance. Without prior notice, we won’t know when you arrive. This helps us coordinate your check-in and ensures you’re not left waiting. No Self Check-In: We personally meet all guests at the property for check-in to provide a proper welcome, orientation of the home, and answer any questions. Location Details: Slo-N-Ez Villa is located in Bahia Puesta Del Sol, a quiet, local residential area on the west bay side of Caye Caulker. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for guests who want to experience authentic island living away from the busy tourist areas, but still close enough (10-minute bike ride) to the village for dining, shopping, and excursions. Waterfront but Not for Swimming: The property offers beautiful sunset views and a relaxing beachfront area, but it’s not suitable for swimming. For swimming, we recommend the Split, just a short bike ride away. Complimentary Bikes Provided: We provide bikes free of charge for easy island transportation. Please treat them with care and return them in good condition. Air Conditioning in Bedrooms Only: Both bedrooms have AC units for your comfort Shared Outdoor Spaces: The yard, beach area, dock, hammocks, and BBQ grill are shared with the upstairs unit (if occupied). Grocery Store Nearby: A small local grocery store is just around the corner for your convenience. Quiet Island Life: This is a local neighborhood, so guests should expect occasional sounds of daily island life, like birds, dogs, and distant neighbors, adding to the authentic Caye Caulker experience.
