Welcome to A casa di Ru, an elegant luxury apartment located just 50 meters from the crystal clear waters of the Monopoli beaches, the perfect location for a special holiday! The apartment is designed to offer maximum comfort to our guests, with particular attention to details. The location is ideal to explore the wonders of Monopoli and the nearby towns of Puglia: Polignano, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Lecce. The space The apartment consists of a bright living area with kitchenette, dining table, a comfortable sofa bed and TV. The bedroom, large and welcoming, is a perfect refuge for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with all comforts. Outside, you can enjoy a private patio equipped with umbrella, chairs and table, where you can relax while sipping a coffee or an aperitif. One of the special corners of the house is the Finnish sauna, available exclusively to guests, where you can indulge in moments of pure well-being. Furthermore, guests will be able to access the equipped gym upon reservation, to keep fit even on holiday. The sauna and the gym are both free for oue guests. Guest access The apartment has an independent entrance and, just outside the gate, you will find a parking space reserved for guests. We want to guarantee you a special holiday, where every detail is designed for your comfort. With a 2 minute walk you will arrive at the beautiful Calaparadiso beach and, a few minutes away you will find other beaches! The historic center is 10-15 minutes away on foot, don't hesitate to leave your car at home and take a pleasant walk along our seafront to the historic center! Other things to note During the entire duration of your stay you are asked to pay particular attention to separate waste collection, as indicated in the house guide. Before leaving, make sure you have disposed of all rubbish, including leftover food. Our municipality has very strict rules regarding separate waste collection and fines are foreseen in the event of incorrect disposal.
