We are PET FRIENDLY! We have 2,500 m2 of beautiful garden in beautiful chacara in a closed condominium. On the property a large air-conditioned private pool with a solar system and a beach. BBQ grill, 5 bedrooms (2 suites), WiFi. Only 30km from the capital of São Paulo. The condominium is called Skorpios Village II (high standard), has a landscape of charming lakes, and an Atlantic forest reserve. The house is ground floor, full of life (birds, tall trees, exotic plants and, if you are lucky, you will see beautiful orchids in the garden). The space The farm has 2,500 m2 of garden filled with plants, flowers, fruit trees and many orchids. The pool is excellent, heated with a solar system, large, private and with a beach (shallowest area). We have a flat area in 95% of the land. The farm is charming, cozy and around it there are also lakes and woods. We have 5 bedrooms being 2 suites (3 bedrooms in the house area and 02 rooms in the garden area near the barbecue and the games room). It's worth checking out!
