Cosy studio close to beach & center

Our cosy studio has been created to enjoy a pleasant stay. With two free bikes it is possible to go either to the city center or the beach in 10 minutes. In the direct area you will find a nice variety of restaurants, retailers and a supermarket. The space This studio for 2 persons has everything you need to stay both in summer and winter time. In order to save space we installed a wall-bed system for 2 persons. It is of great quality (25 cm thick mattress with European slatted system) and is located in the living room. The wall-bed spring mechanism gives easy access, without having to make the bed. After sleep just fold the bed including the bed linen and you're done. Another space saver is the folding table made from re-used wood. It has an open kitchen with induction cooker system, a nespresso coffee system, an electric water cooker and a fridge with a freezing compartment. The separate bathroom has a toilet, warm shower and a sink. We have a pellet-stove for relaxed evenings. 24 hours available television and WiFi access to the internet are provided for free. Guest access The studio has its own entrance via a private alley, where you can find the bikes. The double door gives access to a small backyard. No amenities will have to be shared with others. Other things to note We provide laundry and iron service for a reasonable additional fee. Kitchenware, pots, plates, etc. are available. Basic product such as Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil can be used for free. Shampoo, Shower Gel and Toothpaste are available for free as well.
