This elegant, comfortable and perfectly equipped accommodation is located on the 1st floor in a pretty bourgeois house, less than 50 m from the main square. With its two bedrooms, this spacious accommodation is ideal for two couples or a family, it is the perfect pied-à-terre for a stay in Ath, in the heart of the city and close to all shops and sights (museums, cinema,...). Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the cottage. The space The Niki gîte welcomes you in a chic and contemporary atmosphere. A subtle blend of industrial and bohemian style gives it its warm side. Niki is located on the 1st floor. The spacious living room, beautifully decorated, has a sitting/TV area with sofa bed (2 people) and a pleasant fully equipped kitchen area. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a 2-person bed (180 x 200).  Upon request at the time of booking, the bed can be converted into 2 single beds. Guest access You can access your accommodation: - By train: the train station is less than 500 meters away. - By car: via the E429, exit no. 30 > Ath - via the E42, exit Nimy-Maisières > Ath - By bus: via the TEC network (lines 9, 10, 12, 81, 94, 100), the bus station is 500 meters from the Grand-Place - By boat: mooring at the marina Ath-Val de Dendre. Harbour Master's Office: Quai de l'Entrepôt, 22 – Ath - By plane: via Lille-Lesquin, Brussels or Charleroi airports - By bike: along the Ravel W1 (From Grammont to Onnezies) or via the Wallonia Picarde cycle node network. Parking: On weekends and holidays, parking is free in downtown Ath. On weekdays, from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm, parking is charged. Near the cottage, parking in the green zone (Boulevard Alphonse Deneubourg, Boulevard du Parc, etc.) allows you to park your car at an advantageous rate (€0.50 for 1/2 day – €1 for the day). Ath has a bike and electric bike rental service. La Petite Histoire invites you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere with a decor subtly inspired by each artist. It's up to you to choose the experience that thrills you from the five atmospheres offered! The market is held every Thursday morning in the city center. Downtown Ath is full of various and refined shops, restaurants, delis, cafes and bars, grocery stores, bakeries, butchers and other food products, florists, etc.
