These cabins are a campers delight.. Screened porches and full kitchens with comfortable decor and air conditioning. There is no bathroom but they are outfitted with outdoor showers with warm water and nearby Johnny's. There is a floating site next door with canoes and all day floating available as well as great fishing on the Bourbeuse Great for fishing, canoeing and hiking. Soon to come? The bike path from Kansas City that runs on the old railroad line. Access to the Bourbeuse River and canoeing, many wineries in the area as well as antiquing. Host lives on the property (17 acres) but your cabins are set back away from the main house near the river. We are "in the country!" You'll be surrounded by the great outdoors and farmland. There is a small grocery 2 miles away for your convenience. There are farm animals and "birds" that enjoy their own voices. Please respect all areas and clean up litter, Leave no foot print! Parking is available on the property. Check with me if it's raining and muddy as to where is best to park. The cabins do not have indoor bathrooms. Outhouse facilities are provided and each cabin has heated outdoor showers. Camping toilets are provided inside each unit for nighttime use with instructions for emptying in the morning.
