It has plenty of sun, a partial sea view and it overlooks a lush green sub-tropical garden from its own private terrace facing south-west. A free parking place is available. Restaurants with local food are next door on the beach around 2 minutes from the flat, 80 m away. Space for three people (a new double bed and a single bed), is right next to the Lifeclass / Kempinski Hotels on the beach promenade. It has a covered terrace (8 m²) partially overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the bay of Piran and lush subtropical garden below, with a south-west sunny side. Modern decor with paintings and all amenities (linens, towels), equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning. It is located in a new building of luxury apartments, a former hotel, with its own camera-monitored parking lot, and it is right on the main beach in Portorož (30 m from the beach promenade), with shops, hotels, restaurants: there is free access to the hotel beach in the summer months as well as other public beaches. For the time outside the summer months, various spas and wellness (Palace Terme), massage (Ayurveda, Thai, mud baths, saltwater pools) and a large sauna park are available and in hotels Lifeclass (Riviera and GH Portorož and Kempinski is Palace) only a minute walk away. It is good for biking and hiking in the region. The old Venetian-style fishing town of Piran is a few minutes away by shuttle bus or a short walk, fresh products are available at the farmers' market there.
