On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door. The space -------------------- Possibility of staying for several consecutive months with an adapted rate. -------------------- --- NEW REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING: MAY 2025 --- -------------------- As the owner, I took over the full management of my property in November 2022, when I also renovated it. So, I take care of myself: - communication from your reservation to checkout, - and cleaning just before your stay so you can fully satisfy yourself and have a pleasant time!! -------------------- LA RESIDENCE = Closed and secured, it is composed of: - several small 2 storey buildings, - a huge wooded and flowery park, - a beautiful brand new swimming pool for locals and my guests open from June to October (according to the authorization of the syndic), - a tennis court (paddles and balls not provided). THE SPACE = T2 apartment of 37m² on the ground floor composed of: - a living room, - a kitchen, - a bedroom, - bathroom with unseparated bathtub and toilet - several large cabinets, - and a private and fenced garden of 50m², without any vis-à-vis. A reserved parking space is available for free inside the residence, a few meters from the entrance to your building. LINENS = All linen is provided for 1-4 guests: - for the bed and the sofa bed: mattress pad, fitted sheet, comforter, comforter cover, pillows with their covers and cases, bolster with its protection and case, blanket. - for bathing: large towels, small towels, gloves, carpet. - for the kitchen: dish towel for dishes, hand towels, mats for draining dishes. SOMETHING = Hair dryer, fan, Senséo coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, garden furniture are also at your disposal. And, free of charge: body shower gel, hair shampoo, hand wash gel, several rolls of toilet paper, Senséo coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc ... !! In the summer, beach towels are provided free of charge for all guests🏊‍♂️!! Capacity = Accommodation available for up to 4 people and a baby (crib, chair booster and bathtub provided free of charge on request). PET = Only one dog or cat is allowed (at no extra charge). MISCELLANEOUS = Fiber TV with a multitude of free channels and access to Netflix (your access codes will be required). Invoice for the stay provided on request.! ! SMOKING!! = Only allowed in the garden (ashtray available). SELF check-in PROCEDURE - Day 1: - remote opening of the residence gate from the intercom, - then opening the building lobby door from the intercom, - Finally, code lock on the front door of the listing.
