Designed with an open living area with a huge ceiling-to-floor window, it is a peaceful retreat after a long day in the city. The beds (2 single beds) on the mezzanine level come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bedroom has a queen bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens too. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. Plus, there is a dining area that can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Note: Melania, the historical cleaning agent of this flat will come once a week to the flat (usually on Tuesday) for 2 hours around 4 PM, in order to clean the apartment for you to enjoy the most of it! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
