It doesn't take more than 5mins to Yunotsubo Kaido, Yufuin's main shopping street, and Lake Kinrinko, which boasts gorgeous morning fog. Please respect your neighbors. The space ★Bed room policy★ I will prepare the bedding like below. 1 person :1 bed on the 2nd floor. Up to 2 people : 2 beds on the 2nd floor. Up to 3 people : 3 beds on the 2nd floor. Up to 4 people : 3 beds on the 2nd floor and 1 futon on the1st floor. Up to 5 people : 3 beds on the 2nd floor and 2 futons on the1st floor. Up to 6-10 people: I will prepare bedding to all the room. ※More than 6 people, each Futons and beds are able to sleep 2 people. Thank you for your understanding. ※Please do not grill meat or cook hot pot or other dishes that produce a lot of smoke inside. Guest access WHOLE HOUSE (NO SHARING THE HOUSE WITH OTHERS) Other things to note 【About Using kitchen】 Thank you for staying at my accommodation. Please cooperate that washing used plates, cutlery and other thing that you used and put it back to original place. Thank you for your cooperation. 【About seasoning and Oil】 I didn't prepare any seasonings and oil. ★Check-in and check-out ・Check-in:15:00~　*If you might arrive after 18:00, please inform me in advance ・Check-out: ~10:00AM 【How to check-in】 I installed Tablet PC at the room. You have to check-in with that Tablet PC. Do not disconnect the charging cable of your Tablet PC！ I will send details after confirm reservation, so please check it. ＊All the guests have to check-in with Tablet PC except kids who are under 7 years old. Also Japanese people have to register with Tablet PC. 【Children under 7】 ・If no amenities (towels, beds, pillows) is fine, children under 7 are free of charge. ・If you'd like amenities for your children, please count them as adults. 【Cleaning during stay: Extra charge】 ・Cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out ・Extra charge on cleaning during stay. Please request a cleaning on our Airbnb message thread at least a day before you want it done. 【Towels】 ・One towel/bath towel will be provided for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights.
