Annex close to Lake Monteynard

Hi, We are pleased to host you in our new studio. Formerly a garage, it is currently being refurbished. Contemporary, cozy and functional decoration. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single floor mattress. You will find a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation is located in the heart of Monestier with all the shops a 5-minute walk away. Lake Monteynard is also 10/15 min. and 20 min. from Gresse. The space My home is in our garden, it is shared with us. You will undoubtedly be able to see our children playing or our dog running. From January 2026, in view of the state of our accommodation left by some guests, a cleaning fee of €40 will be requested if one of the following tasks is not completed. All necessary equipment will be left available in the annex. - remove linens - make and tidy dishes - take out the garbage (large garbage cans available in the city) - broom passed - table cleaned In addition, we do not charge for heating that is programmed at 20°. Any increase will be charged €5 per night. Guest access Our garden is fully fenced. We have a lockbox whose code we communicate once the studio is cleaned.
