'Nivaant' was the pet project of Mumbai based architect Manjunath Shenoy. He envisioned a weekend home where he could just kick back and take in the serenity of the surroundings. And what better place to find that, than the Western Ghats, very close to the Kalsubai Peak. His architectural style has come alive through the aesthetically pleasing decor and perfect utilisation of the living space to give you a feel of the outdoors while sipping a warm cup of cocoa inside. The space Bedroom 1 and 3 have cosy lofts where guests can lay two mattresses to sleep. Look out for the colourful bathrooms, the open shower, the lovely terrace and the beautiful lawn! Whip up a lovely meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy your meal while staring out onto the fields.
