Idyllically located on a small pond, surrounded by fields and tree nurseries, the charming cottage is an ideal place, not only to come to rest and relax. The soccer field within walking distance, the adjacent playground, great cycling paths and the proximity to Rheinbach are also the ideal starting point for excursions and activities for the whole family. The space A light-flooded entrance area and a cozy living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a shower room on the first floor await you. On the upper floor, there are 4 cozy bedrooms, one with a shower and freestanding bathtub. The terrace invites you to linger, especially in the spring and summer.
