Studio with exclusive entrance and independent from the house. Quiet and safety place. Central location at the Lagoa da Conceição, Florianópolis. 5 minutes walk from the warehouse of the Lagoon, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop, taxi rank, lake terminal and the Lagoa's square. For your peace of mind, we provide a space in our garage with our cars at no additional cost (reservation is required). The space Studio is equipped with a double box bed and a single box bed, split air conditioning (cool only), equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot shower, wifi, smartTV (netflix, internet,...), bed linen, warm blankets and shower towels. To provide more comfort, the Studio layout can be configured according to the number of guests. We will welcome you upon your arrival in our house. At check in we provide a set of bath towels and bed linen (including pillows) as well as a set of keys containing the key to the Estúdio and to the entrance gate, and wifi password. For long stays we will change towels every 3 days, bed linen every week. Swimming pool (4x7x1,5 meters) is available for guests' use all year long. Centrally located in Lagoa, in a quiet street and residential area, yet only a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus station, taxi stand, banks, nightclubs, shopping, Plaza da Lagoa, craft fair, lagoon boats, gyms and other conveniences of a commercial center. For your peace of mind, we provide a space in our garage with our cars at no additional cost (reservation is required). Guests may be asked to leave their car keys with the hosts for possible maneuvers in the garage. If you wish not to leave your car keys with the host, you can leave your car on the street in the free parking spaces right in front of the property. Guest access Swimming pool and garden. Other things to note Estúdio is inside a property that abrigates another guests accomodations. Swimming pool and garden areas are shared with all guests. Facilities listed below are not available inside Estúdio and, if necessary, must be required to the hosts and returned to them after use: Iron, Ironing facilities, hair dryer and mains socket cover. Don`t use towels or bed linen to take off make up. Don`t drop toilet paper and other private hygiene items in the toilet. Laundry not available at the property. 10 minutes walk you find a professional laundry. Turn air conditioning off when you go out. Our staff phones will be revealed to you after reservation. Contact us any doubt or need you have. Just to remember some of the house`s rules: Don`t smoke inside the property including common use areas. Don't invite people to come inside the property if they are not guests as you are. Pets are not allowed.
