Kerenzer 15 - The Studio

This charming 1-bedroom vacation studio is located in Mollis, Glarus, 45 minutes from Zurich. A private parking space, as well as a private roof terrace overlooking the Alps, a complete and high-quality equipped VIPP kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven with stove, a large fridge, an espresso machine, a double bed with linen sheets, a rain shower, complimentary natural soaps and shampoo from Soeder, and a shared garden with barbecue bowl are just a few amenities waiting for you! Guest access We live in the same house, but the studio is on a separate floor with a separate entrance (top floor, street level, no stairs), and only the garden is shared (lowest floor). The garden is used only by you and us and is accessible by stairs. Other things to note Among other things, we even have a small fine selection of wine, liquor, non-alcoholic drinks, chocolate, and snacks ready for you (at an extra charge). Coffee and tea are free, and tap water is drinkable. There is NO TV set, but there is WIFI to cover all your WIFI needs, an Ipad with media and a small selection of German and English reads, wool finches, linen bag, shopping basket, umbrellas, laptop stand, Apple MagicMouse, Apple MagicKeyboard, Sissel Ergo pillow, hair dryer, yoga mat, and yoga blocks. Two vintage racing bikes incl. basket, lock and bike lights for free use during your stay (only seasonally available, at your own risk and liability). After every five nights, there is a free intermediate cleaning if you stay at least nine nights. Consumables are replenished, and towels are replaced at the same time. The bed linen is changed every second cycle. Bring backpacks and good shoes to be prepared for some epic hikes, your swimming suit for a dive in the beautiful lakes around here (we have beach towels for you), or in the nearby indoor swimming pool with wellness facilities, or warm clothes in wintertime, and even your skis! The studio is the perfect stay for one or two adults - the studio is not suitable for children, pets, or more than two adults.
