Ferienwohnung Hubertus – Cozy time-out near Rügen and Usedom Welcome to the Hubertus apartment, a newly renovated accommodation (renovation in July 2022), which has been available for guests since July 2022. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet detached house in the tranquil village of Rakow, near the A20 highway – ideal for families and excursionists who want to discover the Baltic Sea coast. The space Comfortable living on 70 m² The spacious apartment can accommodate up to five people and is modernly equipped: ✅ Two bedrooms with a total of two single beds and one double bed ✅ Large living room with comfortable couch (sofa bed) ✅ Fully equipped kitchen with all the important appliances, utensils & dining area ✅ Modern bathroom ✅ Wi-Fi Private parking is available. Perfect location for excursions Thanks to the central location between the Hanseatic cities of Stralsund (25 min.) and Greifswald (20 min.) as well as the fast connection to the A20 highway (8 min.), the apartment is an ideal starting point for exploration tours. ⛱️ Rügen & Usedom are each just 45 minutes away by car. 🍽️ One town over there is a cozy restaurant. 🛒 Shopping facilities are located in Grimmen (10 km), a bakery is in Kandelin (5 km). ⛽ A gas station with McDonald's is 8 km away on the A20. Whether relaxation or adventure – in the Hubertus apartment you can enjoy both! Guest access 🧺 Washing machine and dryer use: Use is free for stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter stays, we charge a flat rate of €10 for use during the entire stay.
