Spectacular Custom Built Beach Home in the center of the village of Tronconnes! It features 2 master suites in the main house and a casita with a full bath to accommodate 6 people. There is a private pool with a covered deck. Enjoy strolling the beach which is just steps out the back door of the home. Surfers love this spot and you will see them along the beach. The home is located within walking distance to town and features many wonderful restaurants! Discover Paradise in Troncones. There is a beautiful courtyard with a sitting area. The deck has plenty of spaces to enjoy the ocean view and you will love the infinity pool that looks out to the ocean! The home features sliding glass doors so you won't miss the spectacular views. The home features air conditioning in the bedrooms only and ceiling fans for your comfort. The new construction was completed in Dec. 2020. There is an outside Bodega and cut stone pathways with outdoor lighting to be completed by March 2021. Guests will have full access to the entire home and Casita, there is a court yard and also a pool. Just steps out the back door is the beach! There is no access to the garage, it is mainly for storage. There is parking in front of the house. Guests will book directly with the owner and we also have a vacation rental located in Bend Oregon. Communication will be done mostly through email and owner is easily accessible for questions. There will be a property manager that lives in the village for anything you need. This is a small village with the beach side of the street has many vacation homes for rent and several restaurants spread out throughout the street. The town has several restaurants, yoga studio, coffee shop, gift shops a massage facility and a couple small places to get essentials within walking distance from the home. There is a pharmacy that has limited supplies for your basic needs. There is babysitting available upon request. There is a taxi service in the village and affordable rates to take you to the city of Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo. You would probably want to rent a car at the airport which is a 30 minute drive from Tronconnes. Most places in the village are within walking distance but it is nice to have a rental car for exploring the town and it can get pretty hot so the air conditioning is a plus! There will be a daily cleaning service as well as a pool/lawn maintenance person to take care of the pool and landscape. There will be 2 roll away beds for a total of 8 guests. If a guest would like to have some laundry done you must check in with the cleaning gal and she can do it for you. We ask that you leave her an extra tip as this is not included in her daily duties. The cleaning gal and maintenance person work Monday - Saturday and have Sundays and major holidays off. Private meals can be prepared for an additional charge and need to be scheduled with the property manager, they are not included in the nightly price.
