The accommodation is located 100 m from the edge of the Charente, which offers a magnificent view of the quays of Hennessy. In the immediate vicinity: restaurants, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco, etc. Free street parking in the building. FIBER. The space Our accommodation has been completely refurbished and has been designed to optimize every space to the maximum. Located on the 1st floor, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay! In the kitchen area, you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare good dishes such as: an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a stove, a drainer, gratin dishes, pots, pans etc... A hydroalcoholic gel is also available. In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, as well as towels. For breakfast, we have provided a coffee maker with filters, a SENSEO coffee machine, a toaster and we offer you tea and coffee pods for your stay. There is a washing machine at your disposal (1 dose of detergent provided) and a drying rack. The little extra: A powerful fan is put in the accommodation during the summer. For more flexibility on your arrival, we have put a secure key box in order to arrive completely autonomously, and this responds more particularly to Anti-Covid barrier measures. Namely, rigorous cleaning is carried out each time a guest leaves, and meets Anti-Covid cleaning standards. The accommodation is also particularly well located. We are in the immediate vicinity of the Charente, offering activities such as canoeing/kayaking, the famous HENNESSY tours (with its unique luxury shop) or long walks along the river to discover its port. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away. Guest access When you arrive at the front door, you will see a secure key box. Simply type the code, previously sent, and collect the keys that correspond to your apartment, that is, the keys to Studio 2! This is the accommodation located on the ground floor. Remember to scramble the code each time you use it and always lock the main entrance door. You have, of course, access to the whole place in a completely private way. Other things to note There is a parking lot 100 m from the accommodation. You can also park on the street, but not in front of the building.
