Located within Peake's Quay Marina on the historic Charlottetown waterfront. NOTE: This cottage does not have an upper deck, in features a floating deck located directly on the water. The space We are an actual cottage floating in the water of the Peake's Quay Marina. Guest access "Summer Breeze" is your cottage to enjoy, as if it was your own home. Other things to note Summer Breeze Cottage is one of four unique floating cottages nestled in Peake’s Quay Marina. As this is an active marina, you’ll enjoy the gentle activity of boats coming and going, mostly during daylight hours. The cottage is conveniently located near our floating docks, which feature a variety of restaurants and a bar, as well as shops and additional dining options just steps away on shore. While we do our best to maintain a peaceful atmosphere on the docks, please note that any noise from nearby establishments on land after our quiet hour of 11:00 PM is beyond our control.
