Please note: This is a private room with shared bathroom, in a shared apartment. Spaces such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, and entrance are shared with other guests The central and bright flat overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, access to the sea just across the street, supermarket on the first floor, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, diving schools all around make this the perfect place to spend your holidays in Malta or a few days of work With internet access, lift and fully equipped The space The flat is located on the second level of a residential building. It features two bedrooms, each with capacity for two people, a shared bathroom located outside the bedrooms, a small balcony for drying clothes, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sofa, and a TV. Additionally, there is a large balcony with sea views, which can be accessed through the social area. You are renting a bedroom; the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and balcony areas are shared with other guests. Guest access You are renting a private room, you will have access through a key, you will also have shared access with guests from the other room to; Bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, small back balcony for drying clothes, panoramic balcony with sea view accessed from the living room. During your stay We are always available to answer your questions and requests. While we prefer to communicate through the Airbnb app, we are also open to assisting you via messages or phone calls. Please note that we live in the same building, so it will be very easy and quick for us to help you with anything you need. Other things to note - Malta is popular for its rocky beaches, yes as you read it there are few sandy beaches in this part of the Island, in front of the flat you will find a rocky beach, fortunately you will find Balluta Bay Beach a small but cosy beach 5 minutes walk away, another option is to walk 15 minutes to St George's Bay a slightly bigger and more atmospheric sandy beach. - The apartment is located on a main street and, like any apartment in the city center, you are likely to encounter noise. However, we will provide earplugs for your comfort. - The building does not have its own parking lot, but you can park in front of the building or in the surrounding streets, the city has streets designated for free public parking. - Smoking is only allowed on the front balcony, smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms, bathroom or Living room. - The parties are totally prohibited, it is considered a rest time between 09:00 pm and 09:00 am. - We are located on a main street with easy access to taxis, buses, scooters or just walking along the promenade. - If you rent a car you will be able to park on the streets in the designated parking areas (white dotted lines), always make sure you read the information on the road signs and the signs on the walls to avoid a fine.
