The house is made of stone and beams, 70 m2 on 2 levels, recently tastefully restored and has all the necessary comforts. Bedrooms, shower room and toilet are upstairs. The cottage is located on a 10,000 m2 property, other cottages are nearby but each cottage has its own entrance and private terrace. Located 5 minutes from the Seine and all shops in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 30 minutes from TROYES, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, Nigloland amusement park, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, exit 22 by the A5. The space The 70 m2 stone house is an annex of an old farm, it is located on 2 levels and has been recently restored with all the comforts. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom + toilet are upstairs. A sofa bed is available in the living room but is rather intended for children for maximum comfort. Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace during sunny periods and maybe our free-range chickens will come to greet you.
