Bedroom by the Bay

Take a break from the heat and unwind at this peaceful place near the bay. The space The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage to include a full closet, chest of drawers, TV, Internet, and a queen sized bed. You have your own bathroom around the corner as well as a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, Krups coffee maker and essentials just outside the room in the hallway. My guests are free to use the extra bonus room and office for work as well as use of upstairs deck. I want my guests to feel comfortable. Guest access My home is your home for your stay here on the Central Coast. I want for my guests to be able to use the kitchen, indoor laundry or upstairs deck during their time here. I am blessed to have what I have, although not perfect or luxurious , my place is safe and comfortable and guests can use whatever they need. If you need something..just ask. I do have a long driveway which allows for much privacy and home sits away from the dead end street. FYI…..Due to the long driveway you may want to back in to it making driving out easier. If you have no problems with backing out of a long driveway then you should be fine. During your stay I am always mostly available when not working. I can be reached even while working if you need me. I love interacting with my guests and sharing new experiences but can also respect your privacy as well! Other things to note My room is currently only available for solo guests or remote workers due to shared spaces, neighbors and the licensing that I hold through the county as well as Air BNB.
