The Main bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and windows that face the end of the valley and overlook the San Miguel River. The en suite Master bathroom has a stand-alone soaking tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located very close in the hallway and is a beautiful natural stone decor. The open living/dining/kitchen is perfect for a family gathering around the fireplace and large flat-screen TV! The living room leather couch is a sofa sleeper. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
