Welcome to 400! With family or friends, for a weekend or a week, enjoy the calm and charm of our beautiful Flemish countryside. In the heart of the Flanders Mountains, on the heights of the village of St Jans Cappel, our 1900 farm is a renovated Flemish farmhouse designed to comfortably accommodate 4/5 people. Surrounded by fields and pastures, our closest neighbors are birds, ducks, hares and deer... come and discover our little piece of heaven ;-) The space On the house side, you will be in the historic heart of the farm with terracotta tiles, parquet and exposed beams. The house is 90 m2 and is equipped as follows on the ground floor: - entrance with separate toilet - living room with wood-burning fireplace and fire screen - dining room with 6 seats and 1 high chair available on request - equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nescafe Dolce Gusto. Dish towels available. - bathroom: 2 sinks, towels provided, 1 shower, baby equipment available on request (bathtub, toilet seat reducer, changing mat). Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed that has access to a private balcony and the other with 2 single 90 cm beds, 1 baby bed is available on request.
