Important Info: CITY TAX Please note: for all guests 15 years of age and older years of age, a fee of €4/person/night will be charged - this must be paid directly in cash at the property. From November 1, 2025, this will be increased to €5/person/night. PETS Pets are allowed ON REQUEST and are welcome! :) Supplies: - Living area: Comfortable bed, small dining table, TV and free Wi-Fi - Kitchenette: Small, well-equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker as well as crockery and cutlery - Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower and towels Location & surroundings: - Ski resorts: Approx. 10 minutes by bus to the Sölden ski resort, approx. 25 minutes to the Gurgl ski resort and approx. 15 minutes to the Oetz ski resort – ideal for winter sports enthusiasts! - Winter activities: The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house, perfect for cross-country skiers in the cold season. - Summer activities: In summer you can cycle, bike or climb directly from the house. The region offers numerous well-developed bike paths and via ferratas for adventure seekers. - Shopping and eating: A grocery store and bakery are within walking distance. Numerous restaurants in the area offer a wide range of culinary delights. - Transportation: The bus stop is just a minute's walk away, so you can quickly and easily get to the ski resorts and other destinations.
