Guests can access the house using a key box. To provide a comfortable stay and avoid overcrowding, we operate with a limited maximum occupancy. While regular usage of items such as bed sheets will not incur charges, any items with bloodstains or vomit will be subject to actual expenses. ④ Emergency response We will do our best to meet your requests, but there may be cases where same-day assistance is not possible. For same-day assistance excluding emergencies, additional fees will apply, and we appreciate your understanding.
