Cecile's Cottage at Cefn Tilla Court

Set in beautiful countryside, Cecile’s Cottage is part of the Cefn Tilla Estate in Usk There is a small garden at the cottage for your private use, with a hot tub. An additional £30 is payable if wish to use it, it is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay and will be heated for your arrival. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently doing some ground work at the back of the property, this is done by 4pm and will not affect your stay, but please avoid the area and park in the front square. The space This is a self-catering holiday let, we provide the utensils and pots/pans, but you will need to bring all condiments and cooking materials. Bedroom is accessed by stairs with a walk in shower on the same level and the toilet is on the ground floor The lounge has a log burner with firelighters and wood supplied and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. Guest access You will be sent the self check in details the day prior to your arrival with the code for your key lock box as well as emergency number, the office is open Monday to Saturday from 9am-4:30pm, You are welcome to roam the grounds whilst on site, please be cautious of the pond area and keep dogs on leads at all times. Other things to note Please adhere to 5mph speed limit whilst on the grounds, we have dogs that live on site as well as potentially other guests furry friends, we wouldn't want an accident to happen. The property is to be left in same condition as arrival when vacating, as per the terms and conditions of your rental agreement to avoid any charges For cancellations please refer to the selected policy. Cancellations and date changes will not be approved after this point.
