A very cozy, freshly renovated apartment with almost 60 m² in beautiful Nehren. - Double bed with 160 cm width - A baby travel cot is available if needed. Very well connected to - Tübingen - Reutlingen - Hechingen - Rottenburg - Swabian Alb. By train (every 30 minutes) you are in Tübingen city center in 15 minutes. In just 30 minutes you can be at the BG or UniKlinik. The space I renovated this wonderful little apartment from scratch in 2022 and lovingly furnished it. From mid-November 22 completely finished and brand new. I have exposed old timber beams that are at least 250 years old and integrated them into the overall design. This is how this warm inviting ambience was created, which gives the old houses their special soul. There's a lot of my passion in these walls. The apartment includes everything you need in everyday life. If you miss anything, let me know: only through honest and timely feedback can I conjure up an even more pleasant stay for you. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Parking: Ample parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The entrance: Please take off your shoes! Do not walk in the apartment with street shoes. THANK YOU! For children there are books, coloring books, pens, games, marble track and a large box with Lego! Please do not leave your dogs alone in the apartment! Even if your dogs are used to it at home: a strange environment is not home. My experience shows that guest dogs left alone bark, howl and scratch the doors and windows for hours. I've had to call the guests a lot to get them to come back. Please don't do it to your dogs! Also, I ask that you do not let the dogs sleep on the bed. Bring blankets and baskets, if necessary I am happy to help with our own clean blankets! Just ask me, I'm helpful. Please think of the following guests and refrain from strong smells such as fried garlic or other things! Thank you! Please rinse and put away the used dishes before departure. THANK YOU! Leave the apartment as you would have liked to find it :-) Please take ALL your belongings with you. I do not send back any items left behind, not even for a shipping fee.
