The apartment that will welcome you, spacious and bright, is on the first floor of a renovated historic villa in the Marche hills, just outside the center of Fermo. The windows open onto a vast hilly panorama, which will give you evocative sunsets. The strategic location will allow you to easily reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast, the historic Piazza del Popolo in Fermo, many of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a farmhouse built in the early twentieth century and renovated in keeping with the typical characteristics of local rural architecture: brick facade, wooden fixtures and shutters, antique tile roof, terracotta interior floors. From the independent entrance located on a patio on the street floor, the internal staircase will lead you to the first floor of the building, where you will find the large rooms that will welcome you during your stay: living and sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and balcony overlooking the hills. The apartment is very bright and offers a privileged view of the soft hilly landscape of the Marche region, which you can admire from the windows or from the balcony. You will also overlook a garden with lush plants, flowering bushes and a dense olive grove. The living and sitting area has a 43-inch 4K smart TV (equipped with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime) and a comfortable two-seater sofa. In the wooden cabinet you will find plates, glasses and goblets, etc., but also spaces left free for your needs. The large wooden table will be perfect for your breakfasts or as a workstation, close to the power outlets and the WIFI modem. The accommodation is equipped with a WIFI Internet connection; Ethernet cable, fast-charge wireless charger, Bluetooth voice assistant/speaker, extension cord, multi-socket power strip and universal adapter are also available. In the kitchen, you will find a large refrigerator with freezer, a single induction hot plate, an air fryer, an electric kettle, an electric milk frother, a toaster, a moka pot and a saucepan, a pot and pan for the induction hob, and whatever essentials you might need. We also provide essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed with an orthopedic, hypoallergenic and springless mattress, two bedside tables with lampshades, a dresser with a mirror and a wardrobe with a full-length mirror and two chairs. Two outdoor chairs are also provided for the balcony, where you will find a coffee table to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. The large bathroom has a large shower, sink and washbasin, washing machine, toilet and bidet. We will be happy to offer you hand soap, body wash and shampoo for your stay. Guest access The apartment is just outside the historic center. All of the city's monuments and historic buildings are easily accessible by car or taxi. There is free parking in the accommodation.
