A short walk to the Jardin & Ancha San Antonio, this beautiful home features a private garden & landscaped terrace. The ground floor space encompasses a living room, kitchen, bath, & bedroom. On the 2nd floor is a terrace & separate entrance to bedroom & bath. On the 3rd floor is a studio & bath. House is perfect for a couple (or 2), small family or a solo traveler. Our bilingual manager will greet you upon arrival and assist you during your stay. LOW FEE PARKING AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. The space This home is Mexican in design and decor. From the street, you enter a gate that leads you to a beautiful private garden/patio area filled with green and flowering plants as well as ceramic and metal sculptures. There is even a fountain with the peaceful and calming sound of the flowing water, helping you relax during your visit! The living area & main bedroom each have glass (as well as screened) French doors that look out on to this lovely garden. The main room of the house has a comfortable seating area with TV, and adjacent fully equipped kitchen with counter seating plus dining table for four. The bedroom has a king bed and large closet. On the second level (accessed from the garden by exterior stairs), there is a spacious terrace with plants, chaise lounge, table & four chairs, sunbrella, plus the second bedroom with private entrance and en suite bath. This second floor bedroom has a double bed as well as two sets of glass plus screened French doors; one set of doors is accessed via the balcony and the other via the terrace. From the terrace, there is an exterior spiral staircase to the third level Studio where you can paint, write or relax with a book or sit on the balcony and take in the views! There is a fold out futon sofa in the studio. Depending on your needs, this could accommodate an additional person. Also, on the third level is a bathroom accessible through a separate entrance. There are beautiful stained glass windows in the kitchen and each of the bathrooms plus interesting artwork throughout the home. Two are: ALMA - where senior citizens are housed regardless of ability to pay (clothing for monthly clothing sale) SPA (Society for Protection of Animals) need a long list of items - but from home especially blankets, towels, clothes, toys (dog and cat). Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the owner's closet in the main bedroom. Other things to note Smoking outdoors only. A trusted gardener comes to care for and water the plants 1x week. He has a key to the outside door only. The property across the street from the living room side of the house keeps chickens so you may occasionally hear a rooster crow.
