Welcome to BONNYSTAY and to this just freshly renovated, unique 3-bedroom apartment. This old building apartment is stylishly furnished and located in a historic, older building → BOX SPRINGBED (king size) → super central: between old town & new town, → quiet neighborhood → bathroom with bathtub, washer-dryer → kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher → Nespresso coffee machine → Smart-TV, Netflix & Highspeed WLAN → parking space in public underground garage The space The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and got no elevator. For this beautiful old building apartment we have chosen the name BONNYSTAY Gallery. Since we have some beautiful artwork displayed in the apartment. The apartment has a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for nice, relaxed cooking evenings. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so up to 4 people can stay in the apartment. The living room has light curtains, so complete darkening is not possible. In the living room there is a Smart TV with NETFLIX, as well as a bookshelf. Right next to the living room is the bedroom with a cozy king size box spring bed. The bathroom has a shower tub and a washer-dryer. Additional info: To get from the living room to the bathroom, you can take the way via the bedroom. Alternatively, there is also the possibility to enter the bathroom through the hallway. There are no neighbors in the hallway, as we are the only tenants in the house. We have rented a parking space for you in the parking garage around the corner. You can book it for the price of 15 EUR for your whole stay. Guest access You will have the whole floor at your disposal. Other things to note The apartment is idyllically located directly on the Isar River in the midst of many romantic alleys of the historic old and new town.
