First level – living, cooking & balcony The first level of the apartment is the open-plan living area. The living room flows seamlessly into the modern, fully equipped kitchenette, creating a welcoming atmosphere for cooking evenings together and relaxing hours. From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny balcony, which offers an impressive view of Lake Balm and the surrounding beautiful landscape. Top floor – bedrooms & bathroom On the upper floor, there are two lovingly furnished bedrooms designed for pleasant sleeping comfort. The bathroom with shower is also on this floor. Top floor – Retreat area The top floor has a cozy room with a reading corner. This area is great for relaxing and offers a peaceful retreat within the apartment. Wellness oasis and relaxation: Immerse yourself in our 150 sqm wellness oasis on the ground floor.
