The villa Azzurra Heraki features 4 spacious bedrooms plus 1 children’s room, 4 bathrooms, a separate WC, a living room with fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the 55 m² private heated saltwater pool (electrolysis system, chlorine-free) with crystal-clear water and a gentle feel on the skin. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers fiber-optic WiFi, 4 private parking, and an EV charging station for a perfect, relaxing stay. The fully fenced garden covers 1,500 m². The space Villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are spacious living room with exit on terrace that leads into the garden, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, ice maker, espresso machine and filter coffee maker, mixer, toaster…, dining room, one bathroom, one double bedroom. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of them is adjacent to antoher small room with plenty of toys for children and terrace. For small babies, a crib and a high chair are available. Whole house is completely airconditioned. Internet is provided via fiber-optic cable. The villa was built in 2014 on a 1500 m2 large plot, surrounded by a stone wall, which provides a complete privacy. There is also available 4 private parking place in front of the house. The house features a private swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 m, which can be heated upon request. The pool depth starts at 30 cm in the shallow area and gradually increases to 150 cm. In the garden is 2 big parasols and outdoor lounge chairs for relaxing.There is also a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and large table for hanging out during summer evenings. There is also an outdoor toilet with a shower.T he garden is full of flowers and greenry which is ideal for relaxing and enjoyment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire fully equipped house with a 1500 m² plot, including 4 parking spaces, an electric vehicle charging station, and a 55 m² swimming pool, which can be heated upon request. There is a badminton court in the garden. The villa is located just 2 km from the charming town of Sveti Lovreč, which offers shops, a café, restaurants, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, and everything needed for a carefree and relaxing holiday. The sea and beaches are 5 km away, while the tourist center of Poreč is only 15 km from the villa. Rovinj is 30 km away and Pula 45 km. Other things to note Village Heraki is in the perfect location to exploring the delights of Istria. Nearby the village is a small historical town Sv. Lovrec, where you can find shop, bakery, pharmacy, coffe and pizza place. Also, 15 km from village, there is situated well known touristic destination Porec, a town of culture, tourism, sport and entertainment. It has been recognized and awarded for the beauty of its public space and its cleanliness many times over. Porec is famous for the Christian episcopal complex and Euphrasian basilica with its distinctive mosaics dating from the 6th century which UNESCO recognized and protected as a world heritage site. Basilica is famous for its beautiful gold mosaics as well as interior and exterior architecture. We also suggest the visit of the 3 towers (Pentagon, Round and North) which were built in the 15th century and were once connected by walls that protected the old city. Near Porec there are another attractive location interesting to see: one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Venice, the Baredine Caves, the Roman Arena in Pula, the Pazin Chasm. The Baredine Cave in particular is one of many wonders of nature. Over the years the relentless work of water has shaped the stalactites and stalagmites into recognizable forms. Near Porec are situated Dino park and Aqua park, great entertainment for the cildren. In the seaport of Porec there is a ferry that rides daily to Venice - one of the most interesting and lovely places in the world. There are also a touristics boats that rides to another lovely places like Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Briuni National Park. We also suggest to visit lovely small towns in interior of the peninsula of Istria, like Motovoun which is world famous for truffles, Groznjan, Momjan, Oprtalj - continental towns on hilltops, famous for their fabulous views. Every town will enchant you in its own way. If you maybe like adventures, you can hire a bike and go to cycling. Cycling trails are all around the peninsula of Istria Also, in Rovinj and Porec are situated one of the most beautiful beachs which are famous for cleanes. You can rent a boat for all day, diving and exploring the underwater world or go to fishing picnic. For about 2 hours and a half drive from villa, there is situated the largest national park in Croatia - Plitivica lakes. The national park is world famous for its lakes arranged in cascades.
