With no immediate neighbors, the house is one of the most tranquil in the development, yet still walking distance to all amenities. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home sleeps 7 and has two master suites - one inside the main house with king bed, private deck and private bathroom with a two-person tub; a second "casita" suite is attached outside the main house with a private entrance. The casita suite has a queen bed, generous kitchenette, en suite bathroom and patio area. The third bedroom in the main house has a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk bed. The main living space features a large modern kitchen with all new appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator, 6-burner gas range/oven, microwave, and filtered drinking water and ice maker. The kitchen also includes a bar-top eating area and dining area with seating for 9 in total. The main living space has an oversized L-couch that seats 8 comfortably. Outside, enjoy your meals and cocktails on the large covered deck with dining area and overhead fan, or around the rock fire pit in the garden below. The house is just a 5-7 min walk from two private beaches – 1) Sunset Point, which is a rocky beach with tide pools for exploring and a big grassy picnic area, and 2) Chacalilla beach, which is a kid-friendly protected bay with powder-like sand – perfect for swimming, paddle boarding/kayaking and snorkeling. Chacalilla beach also has a beach club with infinity pool, lap pool, kiddie pool, sand volleyball court and café. The house is also about a 15-min walk away from two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. The entire development and all amenities listed are connected by a 3-mile paved path, perfect for walking, jogging, biking and strollers. The house is also just a 10-min walk away from the gated entrance to the community, outside of which is the town of Chacala with shops, restaurants, small grocery stores and beautiful public beach. Our fully bilingual house manager will greet you upon arrival and, if you desire, can arrange for a private chef, massages, paddle board rentals, and surfing, fishing, whale watching, hiking and birding excursions or anything else to help make your vacation fun, relaxing and effortless. We have also arranged for the home to be cleaned twice a week, but if you would like additional maid service, that can also be arranged through our concierge. You will have access to all the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, dining and relaxing areas. Either our house manager or we will be able to available to assist with any questions, problems or concerns you may have.
