Bedroom Two has two single beds, a large dressing area with double wardrobe and an ensuite wet room, access to the wrap around balcony offers views of Weymouth, the Jurassic coastline, Teignmouth seafront and town. Bedroom Three has a Kingsize bed with views of Shaldon and the Teign Estuary. The apartment also benefits from a second separate wet room. Each bedroom has a wall hung, flat screen television. The open plan living area is an enormous space with two large sofas one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed for extra guests. The large, fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer has panoramic views across the ocean and offers granite worktops and an abundance of additional appliances such as microwave, double oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of storage space. There is a large dining area which can comfortably seat 8. For entertainment the living area offers a 40” flat screen television and blu-ray player with surround sound. Other things to note Please note Riviera Apartments is not a party venue. We have five apartments in total and our market is couples and families therefore we do not allow parties or loud music. Guests who are not booked in are not permitted in the building unless by prior arrangement by the owners.
