Authentic Mexican Village - Mismaloya Beach - Zoo, Zip-Line, Tequila Factory, Tony's-La Choza. The building is built into the mountain and the jungle surrounds you and it overlooks the village. Amazing roof top pool with Ocean/Jungle vistas. It is an entire floor of the boutique condo building (1600)+ sq ft. The elevator shaft is installed in building - but elevator has NOT be slated for installation as of yet. The bedrooms both have A/C splits installed for your sleeping comfort but if not needed please turn AC units off, as with any extra lights not needed. There is also a Blue-ray DVD player and 2 Samsung Smart TV’s, 1CD player is also available with some personal CD's for your pleasure during your stay. Please be advised that due to the architectural design of the building, there is a vertical tunnel for air ventilation in the center core of building. If you keep the laundry room door closed when occupying the unit to keep noise level down from transferring to/from other units. If you are not going to be there please open the door to allow air flow. (Hint for privacy) If I am needed please email or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) me or text me !!! Please don't hesitate as no question or problem should not be able to be answered or rectified while you are a guest at the unit. It is amazing to be a part of a local village, as you can interact with the locals , but if you feel not comfortable still have use of the unit and be close to all tourist attractions and beaches. It is also very unique when a wedding takes place in the village as it is like a welcome to all neighbors to attend. Please be advised to do all your major grocery shopping in PVR at Costco, Walmart or Soriana. There is are a few small village grocery marts and a OXXO.The new Pemex gas station is on HWY 200 just past the small bridge over the Mismaloya river at the top of the hill. The closest ATM is in the OXXO. The village is left off HWY 200 - opposite the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta - take the road down into village pass the school and church and when you pass Mister Tequila turn left at next street and there you are looking at mountain with our boutique condo building !! It is like the diamond in the village!! On HWY 200 you have public transit till 11 ish at night. It goes South too El Tuito and Boca de Tomatlan and Botanical Gardens and North to Old Town for 10 pesos. Taxis can also be found near Barcelo Mismaloya if needed. Uber is now available in PVR! The building is an 8 floor walk up. The pool ( not heated) and conversation area is on the roof top, and key is needed for roof top gate. ( don't forget to take it with you) but the condo unit is on level 3.
