Shops, supermarkets, food outlets and everyday essentials are also within easy reach, making the house a practical base for both short assignments and longer projects. Although particularly well suited to contractors and work crews, the space, parking and flexible sleeping arrangements also make it a comfortable choice for families and larger groups visiting the area. Guest access You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property during your stay, so you can settle in and make yourself at home. We operate a simple self check-in process, giving you the flexibility to arrive without needing to meet a host. Before arrival, the lead guest will need to complete our online check-in and verification process. Once this has been completed, your access instructions will be sent to you ready for check-in. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Our team is available if you need any help with access or getting settled into the property. Other things to note This property is hosted by me, Kay, with the support of my KG Short Stay team. We’ll give you the space to enjoy your stay, but if you need us, there’s always a real person at the end of the phone or message during our support hours. **Parking** There is dedicated off-road parking at the property for 2 large vehicles. Additional free on-street parking is available directly outside and around the property with no restrictions, giving larger groups and work crews additional parking options if required. **House Rules** This is a strictly no-party and no-smoking property. Only guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. Pets are not permitted unless specifically stated or agreed in advance. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and overnight. **Security & Noise Monitoring** There is external CCTV at the property entrance for security purposes, along with a noise-monitoring device inside the property. The noise monitor measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio. **Arriving & Leaving** Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. If you’re arriving after 9:00pm, please make sure you have completed everything required before arrival and have your access instructions with you, as our team may no longer be available to assist with access. **During Your Stay** Our aim is simple: to give you a clean, comfortable and practical place to call home while you’re away from yours.
