Description
The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor. The space In our house you will find a harmony of historical & modern elements. It is an experience to spend some time here! Guest access You can of course use all accessible rooms. Other things to note By using ecological building materials such as clay, clay paint, wood, and lime, you can experience & enjoy the extraordinary indoor climate in the house. In the house, two approx. 500-year-old plank ceilings were secured & restored. In the oldest, historical area, the cross-vaulted cellar, there is now a cozy wine cellar.
