This cozy NON-smoking room is located 15 minutes south of the Bridge; close to the lake, bike trails and award winning wineries. The air-conditioned 2nd floor room has a private entrance and parking spot and includes a kitchenette, shower room, vanity and 1 Queen bed. Telus optic TV and internet are included along with many other niceties. A shared back deck is available for BBQ's or lazy afternoons/evenings. Perfect for couples, 2 friends or solo adventurers. The space Very quiet and private. Completely furnished for a long stay through any season. Guest access You will have access to your room, the back deck, washer and dryer with notice, and yard as well as a parking spot beside the house and near your door. During your stay We live in the main part of the house so someone will be available just about every day if needs be. Other things to note There is a very nice commercial area a 10 minute walk from us that has a couple of restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, take out, meat market etc. A new brew pub and coffee shop, hair salon and other shops are just across Lakeshore from there. There is a lovely walk, up Belleview Creek starting just behind the pub that is a wonderful place to explore in all four seasons.
