Small cozy apartment located in a quiet and secure residential area, ideal for enjoying both nature and Montpellier About 20 minutes from Montpellier and close to Pic Saint-Loup, the accommodation is perfectly located for hiking, discovering the many villages and landscapes of the region, or visiting Montpellier and its surroundings Access to the highway is quick, which also makes it easy to reach the beaches and the Mediterranean coast ☀️ The space The apartment is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable stay. Located in a very quiet area, it is ideal for relaxing, enjoying the sun and the birdsong. Two reversible air conditioners are installed in the main rooms, to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Guest access You can fully enjoy the garden and terrace to relax in the sun. A hammock and a deck chair are available for real moments of rest, as well as an outdoor table to have your meals or breakfast in the open air 🌸 ☀️ Other things to note The bedroom is a mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 1.75 m. Be careful because there is no stair railing, so you shouldn't be afraid of heights :) For the summer months there is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
